The "CMLS" is the PAAR’s Commercial Multiple Listing Service. In 2002, when PAAR made the decision to join the Eastern Illinois / Western Iowa Commercial MLS, it allowed us to offer members cooperative access to commercial properties located in Central Illinois and Western Iowa. This was a great opportunity to expand our members' commercial business and networking opportunities.

In an effort to aid the CMLS members in distinguishing themselves from non-members and to market the specialized services of a commercial agent, PAAR developed the CMLS logo. Through the consistent use of the logo, buyers and sellers should come to recognize that the property for sale is listed with a member of the CMLS, or that the REALTOR® has access to the CMLS database.

The Technology Department will be happy to assist you with Paragon issues such as functionality questions, lost password, training assistance, proper computer setup for use with Paragon and system-related problems such as system slowness, lockup and listing corrections.
