PAAR offers the Pre-license courses online and depending on the demand, one time in the
winter usually starting in February.
Click here and you can get started. Once you have completed the online training you can
take the proctored exam for the class at PAAR. Upon passing the exam, you will then be eligible
to take the state exam in Springfield.
If you prefer a live class, a list of all the classes that are being held in the state can
be obtained by going to the
Education section of the Illinois Association of Realtors® website.
Both online and live pre-licensing classes through PAAR cost $295.00 (inclusive).
